Dwell Logic Investing Inc. is a private real estate investing firm founded by Matt Landsborough.

We specialize in residential real estate investing in Western Canada. We are most active in the Vancouver Island, BC region and we are beginning to expand into the Winnipeg, MB market as well. However, we are always hunting for great opportunities across all the western provinces and are open to investing anywhere in Canada if the right partner or property is involved.

Our primary focus is partnering with private investors to create passive income streams. We form joint venture (JV) partnerships with individuals and companies who wish to diversify their portfolios and create stable, long term streams of monthly income. Dwell Logic handles all the active aspects of real estate investing while our partners provide capital and/or financial backing. Essentially, it’s a classic “active/silent” business partnership. We offer a variety of flexible partnership structures and formats that can be adapted to fit the unique needs of different parties.

We specialize in long term rentals and the BRRRR (buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat) investing strategy but also complete “fix and flip” and wholesale real estate deals when possible. At Dwell Logic, we focus on an adaptable approach that employs a range of investing strategies that maximize return and meet our partners’ unique goals. We don’t claim to be any kind of “guru” and will never try to sell you any kind of “secret formula” for success. Instead, we employ tried and true business methods that Matt has used to create his own successful real estate portfolio.
